Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists and COTAs to join our dynamic mobile practice in either King County, Pierce County, or both. As a mobile OT practitioner, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, providing hands-on therapy to aging adults in their homes and in community environments. Your work will focus on promoting independence, safety, functional mobility, and quality of life for your clients.

We are looking for:
A Full-Time or Part Time Occupational Therapist or COTA who:
is passionate about providing therapy to older adults and increasing quality of life
is motivated to continuously learn and expand their skill set
is dedicated to delivering individualized care in a one-on-one setting
is collaborative and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
is looking for a flexible schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance
has an active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in Washington State
has excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients, families, and the healthcare team
has the ability to work independently with confidence, as well as collaborate as part of a supportive team
has strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to manage a mobile schedule
is willing to work in South King County, North Pierce County, or both pending your location (mobile service)
Your Role
Conduct thorough client evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans (OT)
Provide direct therapy and interventions based on individualized goals
Document patient progress, observations, and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate and empower clients and families with practical strategies for daily living and on therapeutic techniques for continued progress at home
Monitor and report on any changes in patient condition or response to therapy
